If you bought the product online, you have the right to cancel the contract and return the purchased goods within 14 days, without giving any reason and without any justification.
We accept returns of products only in closed and intact condition. Damaged packaging is excluded from the EXCHANGE.
Items purchased in the “box break” option in our online store and opened during the stream on the Twitch channel, are excluded from the exchange.

The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
